Cristiano Ronaldo shares a stress-reduction technique

Cristiano Ronaldo, the iconic Portuguese footballer with five Ballons d’Or, is renowned for his relentless pursuit of perfection throughout his career.

At 39 years old, Ronaldo continues to excel, driven by a steadfast work ethic that demands excellence from himself and those around him, as reported by Goal.

This season, Ronaldo has scored 48 goals and has his sights set on further success in the King Cup of Champions, aiming for major silverware.

As the 2023-24 season draws to a close and the European Championship approaches this summer, Ronaldo is focused on maintaining peak physical and mental condition.

Recently, Ronaldo has partnered with wearable tech company Whoop, serving as a global ambassador and investor. He emphasizes the importance of managing stress, revealing, “One important thing, I don’t speak after 10/11 o’clock. I don’t speak on the phone. I don’t like to speak in the night because of my brain. So, after 10 o’clock, don’t call me!”

Ronaldo credits Whoop for providing insights into his body, enabling him to understand it thoroughly and perform at his best every time he steps onto the field.
