A new WhatsApp update for iOS users has being introduced by the messaging service WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. This is according to WABetaInfo.
The App Store now offers the most recent stable update for use with version 23.3.77. All iPhone users now have access to the picture-in-picture mode for video calls on the instant messaging app.
Users will be able to multitask during a WhatsApp call with this new functionality without their video pausing.
Despite WhatsApp’s formal announcement, some users are still unable to access it. According to the changelog on the App Store, users will be able to access the functionality over the next few weeks, according to the WhatsApp news tracker.
“In addition, this update enables you to use some other features: the ability to attach a caption to your documents and longer group subjects and descriptions (released with the WhatsApp beta for iOS 188.8.131.52 update) to make it easier to describe your groups,” revealed the app tracking website.

WhatsApp previously disclosed that it is developing a feature for the business community.
In a future version, it will add communities to the WhatsApp Business app, making it simpler to manage connected groups collectively.
Users of the commercial edition of the app will be able to build, administer, and use communities through this app. This app is still being developed, thus it has not yet been made available to beta testers.
The app tracking website indicated:
“When users open ‘Communities’ right within this menu, they will be able to view the list of all the communities they created and joined in the past, including all their subgroups and community announcement groups,”
Also, this will enable companies to build a new community in this area much like they can on the client app.
This function will be revealed later.
